Evan Kramer <\/h2>\n

Chief Executive Officer<\/h3>\n

Evan Kramer has over 25 years\u2019 experience managing private equity and venture-backed companies focused on digital transformation, marketing, and technology. Mr. Kramer has delivered strong investor returns over four different exits.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining Motion Point, Kramer was most recently CEO of White Glove, a tech-enabled marketing platform to which he transformed a traditional marketing service into a tech-enabled digital marketing platform. Previously, Kramer led Knowfully Learning Group to 500% growth over 4 years by expanding a professional education company into a digital remote learning edtech company that serviced certified professionals across accounting, finance, and healthcare. Before Knowfully, Mr. Kramer was a marketing and technology executive, either General Manager or CMO to Credibly, The Neat Company, LifeShield (sold to DirecTV), EZPrints.com (sold to CafePress), Hubzu.com, and VacationRoost (sold to Ski.com). Mr. Kramer began his career as a CPA with PricewaterhouseCoopers.<\/p>\n

Throughout his career, Mr. Kramer has been an active speaker in digital marketing and product management and a board member and advisor to several start-ups. He earned a BBA from University of Michigan and an MBA from Emory University.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Rob Lyons has 17 years of experience in the software industry. As a developer, manager, and executive tech leader, he has spent the bulk of his career in and around marketing technology, dealing with everything from custom development shops to traditional ad agencies.<\/p>\n

Rob comes to MotionPoint after serving as CTO for White Glove, a Private Equity owned FinTech marketing services company. There, he put to use his expertise in troubleshooting, project management, DevOps, and software architecture.<\/p>\n

Tony Abena is a globally recognized leader and entrepreneur. Along with being Chairman of the Board, Tony is an Executive in Residence at Deloitte, the world’s largest professional services firm. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer of Deloitte Investments, and Managing Director, Deloitte New-venture Accelerator, an internal investment vehicle and business incubator for alternative IP\/technology-driven businesses in areas such as legal services, life sciences, human capital software, cognitive\/AI, data\/analytics, and information services. As of 2020, Deloitte has generated over $1 billion in new revenues from these investments. <\/p>\n

Previously, Tony was Chairman and CEO of Insite Software (acquired by Insight Venture Partners in 2019). Twice, Forrester Research named the company a Leader in B2B commerce platforms alongside Oracle, IBM, and SAP\/Hybris. Before this, he was President, Global Legal, and SVP, US Law Firms, a $2 Billion P&L division, for Thomson Reuters, the leading provider of information supporting the rule of law globally. He was also CTO\/COO at techies.com, recognized by PCWeek as the #1 technology recruitment website. Prior to that, he served in a variety of roles including President, Gartner Institute and Vice President, Product at Gartner, the world’s leading IT research and advisory firm, after the company acquired an e-learning company Tony co-founded. <\/p>\n
